• All sarees are quality-checked before dispatch.
• Product colors may slightly vary due to lighting & display settings.
• We do not offer customization unless explicitly mentioned in the product description.

Return & Exchange Policy

• Returns are accepted only if:
• The product is damaged, defective, or wrong item delivered.
• The return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery.
• Sarees must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
• We offer exchange or store credit; no refunds in cash unless the product is out of stock.
  

Shipping Policy

• We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for all products across India.
• Free shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase value.
• International shipping is also available with additional charges.
• Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–5 business days.
• Tracking details will be shared via SMS/email after dispatch.
  

Payment Policy

• We accept UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and Wallets.
• Payments are processed through secure gateways. Kafa Fashion does not store card details.

Customer Photos & Reviews

• If you share photos or reviews, you give Kafa Fashion the right to repost or feature them on our website/social media (with credit).
