 Return & Exchange Policy

Returns are accepted only if:

The product is damaged, defective, or wrong item delivered.

The return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery.

Sarees must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

We offer exchange or store credit; no refunds in cash unless the product is out of stock

The opening video (from the moment the parcel is opened) is compulsory for validating any damage, wrong product, or missing item claim.
