Return & Exchange Policy
• Returns are accepted only if:
• The product is damaged, defective, or wrong item delivered.
• The return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery.
• Sarees must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
• We offer exchange or store credit; no refunds in cash unless the product is out of stock
• The opening video (from the moment the parcel is opened) is compulsory for validating any damage, wrong product, or missing item claim.
